Duties:
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Utilize Google Suite to create and maintain electronic files and documents
- Provide personal assistant support to the bookkeeper, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings and functions
- Serve as a liaison between the bookkeeper and other departments or external parties
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and ordering office supplies
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed in a medical office setting
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for file management and document creation
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is beneficial but not required
