Job Title: Junior Operations Associate
Job Summary:
We're looking for a meticulous and highly organized individual to join our high-performing team as a Junior Operations Associate. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for overseeing our daily operations, ensuring seamless project execution, and providing top-notch administrative support to our teams. This remote position offers flexibility, with occasional travel opportunities (with Per Diem Compensation). Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate operational tasks, projects, and initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Project planning and coordination.
- Scheduling and calendar management.
- Data entry and record-keeping.
- Reporting and analytics.
- And/or the kind as needed by Senior Management.
Provide administrative support to the operations team, including:
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handling correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Research on required compliance and protocol as needed by Senior Management
- Should be able to learn the Company’s way of doing things [Administration Manual]
- Should be able to organize and manage work schedules
- Reviewing and drafting of email(s) by and for the firm and self, as needed
- Arrangement of assignment
- Label all Documents received
- Assist in any administrative tasks assigned by seniors

Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity in all tasks and projects, including:
- Quality control and assurance.
- Process improvement and implementation.
- Risk management and mitigation.
- and/or the kind as needed by Senior Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:
- Sales and marketing.
- Customer success and support.
- Product development and engineering.
- Finance Department
- Legal Department
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational excellence, including:
- Identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures.
- Training and supporting team members.
- and/or the kind as needed by Senior Management.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, including:
- Customer and client information.
- Project and task management.
- and/or the kind as needed by Senior Management.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, including:
- Responding to requests.
- Resolving issues and concerns.
- Providing product and service information.
- and/or the kind as needed by Senior Management.

Additionally:
- Must be available to work during required hours and log into the firm's portal.
- Must clock in/sign in and out to track work hours.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- May require occasional travel (with Per Diem) for meetings and client engagements or as needed by the firm.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, legal secretary, or a related field.
- Customer service experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in business administration or business management
- High school diploma or GED required
