A large construction company looking to hire an HR Coordinator. They are looking for someone who can come in an cover a maternity leave for 5 months! In this seat you will be covering all onboarding and paperwork for new hires. They are looking for someone with 3 years of HR experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and have UKG experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate New Employee Orientation
- Coordinate onboarding and all p0aperwork for new employees
- Exemplify high client service standards by demonstrating timely, accurate and professional verbal and written correspondences with clients, managers and members of the HR team.
- Use HR knowledge to independently address inquiries related to complex queries regarding policies and procedure.
- Collect and complete I9 and W4 documentation
- Greet employees and visitors warmly
- Ensure requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff members.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR Experience
- Construction Industry
- UKG software is a huge plus!
- Strong active listening skills, empathetic and a consultative ear
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
