Manage daily functions and efficiency of inventory tasks including stock levels for warehouse and vehicles. Purchase inventory at the lowest overall cost and maintain current pricing on all stocking items. Prevent shortages and overstocking. Analyze turns and make corrections. Maintain part number and location bar coding and labeling of items. Perform annual and semi-annual inventory counts for all stocking locations. With urgency, assist technicians in locating and researching parts, pricing and ordering for customer jobs.
Manage physical warehouse neatness, care and maintenance of warehouse, storage systems, tools and equipment, inventory, used equipment for rent and for sale, all other company assets including office equipment and furniture.
Ship and receive items daily. Pick-up items from other locations and vendors. Deliver items to customers and technicians. Help technicians carry or set heavy items at jobs that require short term help. A company vehicle is furnished and stays at shop after hours.
Manage warranty parts, returns, file warranty claims for parts, equipment and labor.
Set periodic goals, measure them and adjust/correct often.
Maintain efficiency within established spending budgets. Study, learn and maximize productivity with our internal information systems, vendor systems and standard business systems like MS Office programs.
Compensation is exempt salary paid weekly plus 10% commission for sale of used equipment.
Continuing education is provided and paid travel may be required occasionally for training of our internal IS software.

Expectations:
· Be punctual, accurate and consistent.
· Hours are 7:30 to 4:30 daily M-F, 1 hour for lunch.

· As a DFW employee you must submit to initial and random drug tests.
· A Non-compete agreement must be signed by both parties.
· Perform other duties and tasks as the company, your position and your compensation evolve and change.
