Front office position available for a busy four doctor equine veterinary practice. The practice values client service and animal care over all else, and customer service is paramount. Duties will include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, basic book keeping, and cleaning. At times the practice can be very fast paced and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of care is a must. Duties will expand to monthly statements (AR), inventory management and AR as you become more comfortable. At times you will be asked to assist the veterinarians, and the capability to do so is desired, however this will not be one of your primary duties. Applicant should have computer skills in basic office software such as Word, and Excel. We expect excellent communication skills. Experience with veterinary software desirable, but not required.
