Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Desk Analyst to provide comprehensive IT support across a wide range of issues. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve a variety of IT-related problems, from Microsoft 365 administration to troubleshooting printers and beyond. This role requires a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
- Provide expert assistance with Microsoft 365 administration and applications, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, including email problems, slow computer performance, basic application errors, line-of-business (LOB) application issues, and printer malfunctions.
- Guide users through problem-solving processes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Track and document issues and resolutions in detail within our help desk software.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and solutions related to IT support and operations.
- Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and FAQs to help reduce resolution times and improve client self-service options.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a support desk role.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Certification Requirements:
- MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) within 6 months of hire.
- CompTIA A+ certification within 1 year of hire.
