Sr. Maintenance Technician Summary:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to best safe work practices.
Sr. Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

Works safely, utilizing lock-out tag-out and follows UFPT and OSHA safe work practices.

Maintains clean and organized 5S work area.

Ensures required tools, supplies, and spare parts are on hand, set in order, and ready for use.

Orders parts and supplies through purchasing as needed.

Reads and understands electrical schematics and written instructions.

Reads and interprets manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Performs scheduled preventive equipment maintenance.

Ensures required documentation is completed daily.

Supports employee training and development in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Updates employees and team on the status of requested maintenance support.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
Sr. Maintenance Technician Qualification Requirements:

High school diploma or vocational school equivalent.

5-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical experience.

Trade or vocational certifications preferred.
-
Ability to read electrical schematics.
-
Experienced in process water temperature control system repairs.
