This is a part-time to full-time role, ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week, with the potential for full-time opportunities in the future. The remote arrangement offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your availability and clients effectively, while still conducting in-person meetings at clients' residences, parks, community centers, and other accessible locations.

Principal Duties and Personal Attributes as a Peer Recovery Coach:
Conduct individual or group peer coaching sessions
Assist individuals with recovery planning, relapse prevention, housing needs, and education/employment
Exhibit a nonjudgmental approach, listen with empathy, and support clients in discovering their own solutions
Share personal lived experiences in a way that empowers others
Qualifications:
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
Experience working with or in tandem with peer support networks
Peer Coaching certification (CCAR or other) preferred
