```Duties:```
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Manage and train a team of employees, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist in training and development programs for employees
- Collaborate with the manager to develop strategies to increase sales and improve store performance

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
