Maintenance Technician
Assists with both preventive and repair maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility. Works to maintain safety standards and maintenance systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions while working to eliminate emergency repairs
- Install and replace both automated and mechanical equipment and devices
- Maintain safety standards and clean work environment
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 to 5 years related industrial maintenance experience
- Maintenance related training or certifications preferred
- Strong electrical skills required
- Basic mechanical, basic pneumatic and hydraulic skills a plus
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, equipment manuals, diagrams, and specifications
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments without climate-control.
- In-person attendance is an essential function of the job
This is a second shift position (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm).
