- Flexible Availability: Need Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40hrs/wk.) now through September with a few Part Time 20hrs/wk available.
- In September: going to be 7 days per week availability to cover 7am-7pm through the Fall Holidays 2024.
We’re Hiring!! Join a great Customer Service Team who’ll respond to customers’ needs through emails and phone calls, for a specialty consumer products company. Need your excellent written and verbal communication skills to support customers about their orders, back- orders, re-orders; help them with parts and product assembly questions, handle issues and problem solve. Customers’ orders are for specialty toys, animatronic /robotic displays, related products and merchandise specifically geared for Halloween and Christmas!
Qualifications/Experience:
- 1 – 2 yr. min. experience in business communications in emails and phone calls.
- Proficient computer skills, MS Office, Zendesk. Adobe pdf.
- Use laptop and phone and will learn CRM software to track calls and inquiries etc.
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Handle support with a sense of urgency, work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about focus on Seasonal holiday products
- High accuracy and accountability
Desired skills/qualities:
- Exceptional customer service sensibility and communications, professional quality customer service.
- If you’re great at reading assembly diagrams/parts schematics-a plus! (To help customers assemble items, and order correct parts and accessories.)
- Provide technical support and kind assistance to resolve.
- You’re outgoing, have a positive attitude and connect with customers with a ‘Smile through the phone.’
- You love Seasonal Holidays! Have a passionate interest in specialty goods, fashion, and toys for holidays, and love working with a team who share the same passion for the products and industry.
