After eight weeks of virtual training, the shifts available are typically nights and weekends to start. (Typical starting shift is Tues - Fri 1:30 PM-10 PM MST & Sat 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST)(Shift Bid every 6 months).
Our hours of operation are M-F 6:00 AM MST - 10:00 PM MST & Saturday 8:00 AM MST - 8:00 PM MST & Sunday 8:30 AM MST - 5:00 PM MST. Ventegra provides the equipment and we offer full benefits and an opportunity to enroll in a Pharmacy Technician Certification program following your completed probationary period which includes training.
Agents provide service to our pharmacy network, Ventegra clients, and their members. In addition, the Helpdesk provides overall administrative support to the Ventegra team. This is a fast-paced environment with continuous change and new information being provided on a regular basis.
Duties:
· Effectively manage call workload
Communicate via inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, IMs, chats, and SMS.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Provide prompt resolution to inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
Accurately documents and updates records in required systems
Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform the job effectively
Meet Expectations and Standards (Attendance, Contact Center Metrics, Remote Workspace Requirements)
Escalate issues through the appropriate channel of management
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications:
Associate Degree required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Organizational skills
Excellent computer navigation skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Pharmacy Technician Licensure highly desirable
Pharmacy experience preferred
Bi-lingual is a plus/additional compensation
