We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Receptionist/Assistant to join our dynamic dermatology office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and collect payments.
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
- Assist patients with paperwork and provide necessary information regarding procedures, appointments, and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to patients, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front office space.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
