Galvanize Law is seeking a 5–10-year Associate, Of Counsel, or Partner to join our amazing team of client-centered professionals servicing the construction industry.
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed litigation attorney with some business transactions experience who values team culture, professional development, work/life balance, and outstanding resources. The ideal business transactions candidate will have five or more years working in complex business transactions in one or more of the following fields: real estate, corporate, finance and/or tax. Alternately, a general practitioner candidate will have experience in contract review and negotiation, general business formation and governing documents, construction or real property litigation, mechanic’s lien foreclosure, or other commercial litigation matters.
The ideal attorney candidate is organized, professional, accountable, and committed to helping us meet our clients' needs.
We require that you be licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar; that you demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills; that you are a team player who can coordinate and work collaboratively to achieve client goals; that you are able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision; that you have strong legal research and writing skills; that you write clearly and professionally.
The salary range for the position is between $115,000 and $175,000, depending on experience, annual goals, and portable book of business. The bonus range is between 10% and 20% of salary, paid semi-annually. Generous benefits: full payment of medical premiums for employees; 3% matching on 401K and qualification after 6 months of employment; firm funded life insurance, short and long-term disability, AD&D premiums up to ½ of salary. This is a hybrid work position and applicants must reside in the Denver metro area.
