Stu's Brews Drive-Thru is a new premium coffee shop specializing in organic coffees and teas, located on the 101 South, in downtown Eureka! We are seeking to hire at least one, possibly more Cashier Drive-Thru Attendants. We are a fast paced coffee shop and we strive to provide exceptional above-and-beyond customer service.
Job Overview:
Cashier Drive-Thru Attendants will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, as well as assisting with cold drink and food preparation, washing dishes and cleaning, while ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This role requires a passion for the food and coffee industry and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service
- Upsell products or promotions to enhance customer experience
**Skills:**
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
