The Data Entry/Office Assistant will be responsible for the overall operation and support within the office as well as the following:
- Data Entry
- Self-starter and possess the ability to manage their time
- Strong attention to details
- Possess the ability to work with confidential information in a professional environment
- Filing/Scanning
- Answering phones, emails, etc., and general customer service
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Prefer two (2) years of office and/or data entry experience
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Basic crisis intervention skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
This is a part-time non-benfited position with hours Monday-Friday 2pm-5pm
