Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Create and manage budgets and financial reports
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Competencies in the management of food cost, inventory control, and managing labor costs
- Bachelor's Degree is not required but you must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
