Job Description:
- Play a vital role in our primary care program, providing comprehensive medical services to patients.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in accordance with national standards of care.
- Uphold our mission and values, ensuring equal treatment for all and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with health center management, demonstrate good judgment, and foster a culture of service excellence and accountability.
- Perform evaluations, treatments, and documentation in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Review and follow up on laboratory and radiology results and initiate specialist referrals when necessary.
- Serve as a clinic supervisor for mid-level providers, meeting productivity standards and participating in team meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, California medical license, DEA certificate, CPR certification.
- Interest in serving underserved populations, FQHC experience preferred, bilingual skills a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, and lift up to 25lbs.
- Use hands for object handling, control, and repetitive movements.
- Visual acuity for detail-oriented tasks.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday through Saturday, 7:30 am-6:30 pm, with occasional travel required.
