Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand market reach
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor sales performance
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with customers
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service
