We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative, specializing in managing accounts. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing recommendations for Hire G.I services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting them in their hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
-Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations for Hire G.I services.
-Manage and nurture relationships with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies for reaching out to potential clients and closing sales.
-Track and monitor account metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to veteran hiring to better serve our clients.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in inside sales or account management preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Understanding of the needs and challenges of U.S. veterans in the job market.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Passion for supporting and advocating for U.S. veterans.
