What will you be doing?
- Prepare international financial plans and forecasts: Lead team in designing and carrying out processes to prepare timely and accurate retail-based financial plans and forecasts that are appropriately supported by realistic and well-documented assumptions and aligned with company strategy and objectives
- Develop and monitor analysis: Review sales, gross margin, operating expenses and key investments (capital spend, inventory, people, etc.) and initiates appropriate communication and follow up
- Collaboratively partner with Accounting: Lead interaction with the Accounting team during month-end close process to analyze variances to budget and forecast, initiate appropriate follow-up, and determine impact on future international financial forecasts
- Develop performance-based action plans: Partner with business and Finance team to identify and evaluate unusual results, trends, and risks and opportunities for further action
- Develop FP&A talent: Share business knowledge, actively engaging the team, and fostering a culture of winning behaviors
- Represent Finance team: Collaborate with other functional areas (Brand Portfolio, Logistics, IT, Corp FP&A, etc.) on relevant international retail issues
- Ad-hoc support: Perform ad-hoc analysis, reporting, projects, for operating reviews and board meetings, etc. as deemed necessary

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis; 2-4 years of management experience
- Retail and international experience strongly preferred
- Experience and ability working with all levels of senior management
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint a plus
- SAP/BPC or related systems experience preferred
