This dream career is for someone who is a skilled and experienced Overnight Air Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling passenger travel after hours, overnight, and on weekends, including booking, rebooking, and canceling air travel for our passengers during off-shift hours. This role will require you to be available after working hours, on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
The Overnight Air Agent is responsible for the following:
· Service incoming calls after hours, overnight, and on weekends to assist passengers with flight rebooking options and provide accurate pricing and information to correspond with their immediate needs.
· Ensure the Travel Tour Director and Program Operations Manager is contacted and aware of any changes made to the passengers’ flights.
· Responsible for canceling any previous airline bookings or hotel reservations is the passenger’s flight changes.
· Assisting the passengers with new hotel booking reservations if the previous hotel is no longer available.
· Ability to navigate Sabre the Global Distribution System (GDS) booking system to make any Airline and Hotel changes or reservations, refunds, exchanges and ticket issues.
· Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to all traveling customers, creating a positive and seamless experience.
· Respond to all inquiries from emails and GDS queues within the set service level agreement in a professional and concise manner.
Qualifications
· Minimum of five years of Sabre experience with booking and ticketing duties including refunds, exchanges, and ticketing.
· Experience with international fare rules/pricing.
· Working knowledge of Airline and industry policies.
· Superior planning and organization skills with a high level of attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work well in a fast-paced work environment.
· Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and the impact of worldwide events.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent the Company effectively in a variety of situations.
· Well organized individual that is deadline oriented and able to make decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
· Team player, who is also able to work well independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent computer skills including and with an emphasis on Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
· Ability to work outside of normal office hours (overnight, weekends and holidays) to assist with successful operation of assigned travel programs.
