We are open Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Compensation is an hourly rate (determined upon experience) and a benefit package including 401K, paid vacation and holidays. - Receive and count incoming parts shipments, verify against packing lists, P.O.s and invoices
- Place parts into inventory, properly label them, sort per purchase orders and repair orders
- Examine shipments and correspond with suppliers regarding shortages, incorrect shipments and any damaged parts
- Maintain accurate receiving, shipping and returned parts records
- Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and orderly
- Ship parts to customers
- Pull parts orders
- Help customers find and purchase the correct parts
- Overseeing special orders
- Collaborating with service manager to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
- Sales and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mathematical skills to help manage the inventory, pricing and estimates.
- Problem-solving skills to deal with parts inventory issues
- Previous mechanic or mechanical parts knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes loud shop environment
- Teamwork skills to keep the parts department running smoothly
- Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed parts
- Bilingual - English and Fluent Spanish
- Are you comfortable answering the phones?
- Do you have any knowledge of Multiquip, Wacker Neuson, Honda Power Equipment, Oztec or Yanmar?
