Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, go-getter and self motivated individual to assist in creating Property Valuation, data entry and other real estate tasks as well as assist in any office needs as a direct helper of COO at our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running real estate comparable, determining after repair values (ARVs), calculating as-is values, estimating repair costs, and creating competitive offers based on our profit goals. Additionally, this role will involve data entry into various platforms, assisting with negotiations, and handling all necessary documents for acquiring, renting, or selling properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough real estate market analysis to determine accurate comparables for properties.
- Assess the after repair value (ARV) and as-is value of properties.
- Estimate the cost of repairs and renovations for potential investment properties.
- Develop and present comprehensive property valuation reports.
- Create competitive offers based on projected profits and company investment strategies.
- Assist with data entry into different platforms such as CRM, MLS, and other real estate-related software.
- Assist with negotiations and prepare all documents required to acquire, rent, or sell properties.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and adjust valuation methods as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of all analyses, valuations, and offers.
- Provide ongoing support to the acquisitions and finance teams with data-driven insights.

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
