Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments involved in asbestos and mold abatement projects.
- Organize and maintain files related to permits, compliance documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate scheduling for staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage office supplies with an emphasis on sustainability, promoting eco-friendly choices wherever possible.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts payable matters and project coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries related to abatement services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite.)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Motivated, team-player attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
