Role
As a Senior Assembler (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Assembly Coordinator), you'll oversee and coordinate the assembly process of various electrical equipment. You'll work closely with a team, ensuring products are assembled correctly and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production deadlines. You'll also provide guidance and training to junior assemblers, troubleshoot assembly issues, and assist in the development and improvement of assembly procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using system software (i.e. Oracle, MES, True View) to look up parts and drawings.
- Ability to safely use a variety of hand/power tools and lift up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of single and three-line drawings, including symbols.
- Ability to identify part discrepancies and properly write HFDs for corrections.
- Self-starter with ability to take on multiple tasks with a drive to succeed.
