The Online Sales Consultant will provide extraordinary customer service and sales support to potential homebuyers through various online platforms. Their main goal is to vet and convert prospects into qualified leads by managing online and general sales inquiries. The OSC will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guide them through the home buying process, and build relationships with them to identify their needs and match them with appropriate financing services, communities, and home models that fit their lifestyle and budget. The OSC will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Online Sales Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, including following up with prospects and providing extraordinary customer service
- Guide internet customers through Architerra’s consultative sales process via email, live chat, phone and face to face meetings
- Provide immediate or same day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests with a targeted goal of a one-hour turnaround for all initial correspondence.
- Qualify prospects based on desired location(s), timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed until an appointment is set to meet with a New Home Sales Consultant.
- Provide guidance on financing options and work closely with the builder's preferred lenders to facilitate the pre-approval process.
- Managing the sales pipeline and following up with prospects to convert them into leads
- Facilitating appointments with New Home Sales Consultant and qualified leads
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase online visibility through social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels
- Monitor and report on online sales activity, including customer interactions, leads, and conversion rates in our CRM system.
- With the help of automation, deliver consistent follow-up with all leads received at designated milestones.
- Partner with the on-site New Home Sale Consultants as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers through throughout the sales process.
- Continuously improve the online sales process by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work in office and remotely.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
