Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. Your primary responsibilities will include employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and strategic planning.
Duties:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic workforce plans
- Manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers
- Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity) to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports
- Support talent management initiatives, including training and development programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strategic thinking and project management abilities
