The role: The Camper Care Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our camping guests might face with accuracy and efficiency. We’re looking for a patient, customer-oriented, conversation-loving person, for our Camper Care Representative role. Delivering above-average guest support is extremely important to our company mission, so you'll be filling a crucial role.
The Camper Care Representative will report directly to the Director of Communications and receive guidance from the Co-Founder to provide an excellent experience for our guests with Spacious Skies Campgrounds. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage high volume of incoming phone calls to the HQ hotline and from locations across 10 states

Manager large email volume from multiple email accounts and inboxes

Generate reservation lead.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with campers through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Go the extra mile to engage customers
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative

Experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is a plus

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to a diverse customer base

Excellent communication and presentation skills

High degree of emotional intelligence

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Knowledge of RV/camping language a plus

1-2+ years in a customer representative role
