The firm is currently hiring for an experienced Attorney to handle administrative and criminal matters primarily out of our Marlton office, and at times out of our Little Falls office. This will be a fast-moving process with an immediate start date - qualified applicants will be moved to the interview stage quickly.

Qualifications for Attorney
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey
- Excellent research and writing skills are required, must be able to demonstrate each over the course of the hiring process.
- Ability to work independently on multiple cases according to strict deadlines is required.
- Ability to work additional or non-traditional hours as needed is required.
Duties and Responsibilities for Attorney
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, primarily focused on administrative and criminal law.
- Advocate for clients' interests in court, including settlement negotiation and trial parameters.
- Conduct legal research for case preparation and draft legal documents such as contracts and court forms.
- Assist with client intake and case management as required.
- Continue legal education to stay up to date on changes in local, state, and federal law.
- Additional duties as required to support our clients for the duration of their legal proceedings.
Compensation for Attorney
- Salary for this position is commensurate with experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
