The Front Office Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to Second Harvest of South Georgia, assisting with agency relations, and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and will be responsible for maintaining the reception area. The Front Office Administrative Coordinator will assist in receiving payments, posting payments, and making deposits. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software programs, and will have excellent interpersonal relations skills. The Front Office Administrative Coordinator will be a problem solver, a team player, and will be flexible and organized. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, and will have strong computer literacy skills. The Front Office Administrative Coordinator will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some weekend assignments. The successful candidate will be able to take initiative and work independently.
