We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Junior Designer to join our Marketing Department at Land Home Lending. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing our brand identity and supporting our digital marketing efforts. Status: Full Time, Remote Reporting to: Marketing Director
Working Hours: West Coast Hours ( PDT or PST) 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Job Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
· Assist in the design of print collateral such as flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns and events.
· Aid in the creation of visual assets for various digital marketing channels, including emails, landing pages, and social media graphics.
· Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to design and produce high-quality graphics and layouts for both digital and print mediums.
· Contribute to the development and execution of social media content, including visual elements and graphics, to engage and grow our audience.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and design to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.
· Assist with website design and optimization efforts to improve user experience and drive conversion rates.
- Strategize and brainstorm with the team to develop clean branding and digital marketing initiatives.
- Help to monitors branch disclosures and licensing notations for compliance.
- Develop out sales enablement materials including manages new hire photos, setting up department records, business cards, name badges, announcement graphics, name plates, etc.
- Assists with marketing material updates as needed.
· Reconcile all accounting expenses and what cost center to bill.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree- minimum of 1 year experience in a professional environment involving Graphic Design; training or experience in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications or a related field is a plus.
- Strong background working in Adobe Creative Suite: XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma
· Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
· A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to drive multiple projects forward, think in systems and process, bring structure, remain agile, and seamlessly manage multiple ongoing projects in a structured way.
