**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a respectful and empathetic manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including data entry and analysis.
- Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to customers.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets through effective communication and problem-solving.
**Experience:**
- Experience with outbound calling and data entry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Pay: $18.60 - $20.36 per hour
