Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team for a collection/light office work position. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and collection responsibilities.
Duties:
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Handle collections by contacting customers for payment reminders
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and tracking
- Support office staff with various clerical tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite and general administrative tasks
- Previous experience as a clerk, dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or in customer support is a plus
- Strong typing skills and ability to file documents accurately
- Familiarity with computerized systems for office work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in real estate administrative work is advantageous
