Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Salesperson with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in both property and casualty insurance and life and health insurance to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating leads, closing sales, and delivering outstanding service to clients across multiple insurance lines.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise and experience to generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and recommend tailored coverage solutions in both property and casualty and life and health insurance.
- Leverage your knowledge of insurance products to educate clients on available options and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals across all insurance lines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property and casualty insurance sales and life and health insurance sales.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license. Life and Health insurance license not required but to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service across multiple insurance lines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
