Job Description: As a member of the Cyber Operations Team, the primary objective is to facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and expertise aligned with the client's specific cyber mission requirements. This role involves collaborative work with the client and the team to analyze and enhance operational instructions (OIs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation supporting Cyber Operations for Space. The analysis will be conducted using the best practices, compliance policies, documentation standards, frameworks, and vocabulary, incorporating the Department of Defense, Joint Publication, and Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM).
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with general IT.
- 5+ years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst.
- Experience with a DoD agency.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber, Computer Science, or Information System Technologies.
- DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification, DoD 8570-Compliant Certification, IAT Level II or III such as Security+.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Experience with developing CONOPS, CONPLANs, OPORDs or OPLANs, fragmentary orders, execute orders, and other MDMP or JOPP planning products.
- Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) for Space (DOC-S).
- Experience with Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience at DoD Headquarters Level.
- Knowledge of current Cyberspace operations tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Ability to edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and other customer deliverables and documents.
- Ability to collect and organize information for the preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree in Cyber, Computer Science, or Information System Technologies.
