Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Required)
Minimum of 1+ years of Workday training delivery and/or Workday technical content development experience (Required)
Workday HCM and Financials or Workday Integrations Certified (Required)
Experience as a Workday Trainer or Workday Consultant (Required)
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Financials and/or Integrations (Required)
Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs
Strong instructional design skills and experience with various training methodologies (e.g., classroom training, e-learning, blended learning)
Experience creating engaging and interactive training materials.
Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Conduct in-person instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Workday HCM, Integrations and Financials modules. Will be required to be in office during any/all active training sessions.
Develop and update training materials, including user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest Workday features and enhancements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
Communicate effectively with department leads to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
Stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices.
