Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Experience in personal assistant duties is a plus
- Knowledge of calendar management and scheduling tools
