Our company is currently looking for a professional and reliable Operations Assistant Manager in the Office. This person will act as our company’s first point of contact to help operate efficient services that meet our customers needs. The position will be responsible for supporting various tasks that include customer service, company presentation, operations management, phone calls emails, scheduling, financial tracking, employee relations and vendor relations.
We utilize the latest industry softwares to establish service routes and efficiency across the
entire company. To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multitask in a busy work environment. Additionally, this person will need to have the ability to be a core team player, while completing required tasks with little supervision. Lastly, we are searching for a person that is an excellent communicator with organizational and solution-oriented skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Assist in developing service routes
● Maintain contact with drivers and customers throughout the day
● Answering calls and documenting information
● Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate customers
● Respond to issues and follow-up by coordinating a solution with the appropriate departments or field technicians and equipment.
● Act as a communication liaison with field technicians and answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the road.
● Respond to queries related to services and products.
● Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers
● Monitor scheduling changes to establish plans for timely services.
● Prioritize and organize daily tasks
● Help supervise the service routes and status of field technicians to prioritize their daily schedule.
● Assist with accounting and financial duties as assigned by the management team.
SKILLS
● An understanding of technology and software programs in general - we can train on specifics.
● Ability to work in a team environment, while functioning independently with little supervision.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Basic understanding of accounting.
● Ability to learn industry operations.
● Willingness to learn our company culture.
● Skillsets of observation, communication and solution oriented are highly
preferred.
