Role Overview:
As a Call Centre Representative at 8Bits Studio, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing assistance and resolving issues over the phone. From answering inquiries and providing information to troubleshooting problems and escalating issues as needed, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing assistance and information to clients and customers
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, striving to resolve issues on the first call whenever possible
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in our system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate team members for further assistance
- Provide exceptional service to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer service excellence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
