Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms, including our website, social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and promotional materials.
- Document events such as Blues on the Green, ACL FEST, and other festivals / events, capturing both the atmosphere and the story behind our participation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Film high-quality footage using a range of equipment, from professional-grade cameras to smartphones and drones.
- Ensure all video content aligns with our brand’s voice and aesthetic, prioritizing storytelling over production perfection.
- Edit video footage to create engaging and dynamic content, incorporating elements like 24fps shots, jump cuts, slow-motion footage, and speed ramps.
- Produce both long-format and short-format videos, including reels and shorts, from the same content.
- Capture candid moments and interviews with customers and staff, encouraging authentic and spontaneous interactions.
- Adapt quickly to changing environments and be able to film in a variety of settings, including locations where larger cameras are not permitted.
- Share early versions of edits to incorporate feedback and ensure the final product meets expectations.
- Maintain and manage all video equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and organized.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong technical skills in video editing and shooting, with experience using a variety of cameras, drones, and other filming equipment.
- Ability to produce high-quality footage with minimal equipment.
- Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and authentic content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and feedback incorporation skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different filming environments.
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms.
- Passion for engaging with people and capturing candid moments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a video editor and shooter, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
- Familiarity with the work of YouTubers such as Casey Neistat, Peter McKinnon, and Yes Theory, and an understanding of their filming and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to various locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Showcase your talent through visually captivating videos that reach a wide audience.
