Job Responsibilities:

The Case Manager role at EIG is a strategic administrative support role responsible for the timely and accurate processing of requests from attorneys and paralegals who are processing a high volume of immigration matters for clients around the world, remotely.
- Process incoming requests from legal teams for case matters to be initiated, assigned, and/or closed within the Firms case management system.

Learn EIGs visa offerings and specific protocols and procedures for handling business immigration matters by client and case type.
- Perform administrative and data-entry duties as assigned by Supervisor in support of ongoing projects and programs.
- Reply to emails to internal legal teams related to processing requests in a timely way.

Prepare and deliver reports from within the Firms case management system to legal teams regarding relevant case data.
Qualifications:

Experience in a law firm, human resources department, or other administrative role providing legal/administrative/compliance support remotely. Experience with project management and/or global mobility position is preferred.

Interest in business immigration and willingness to learn and understand the portfolio of US business immigration visa processes.
- Comfort operating in a process-driven environment and adhering to established protocols.
- Experience with a case management system (such as INS Zoom, Litify, Tracker, or LawLogix) as well as SharePoint, and/or Google Docs. Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Attention to detail and dedication to excellence even with administrative tasks and routine communications such as email.
- Team player, but with the ability to work independently proactively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt to the workflow for the team of attorneys.

Ability to multi-task and maintain performance level in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.

Corporate Immigration knowledge is preferred but not required
