Role Description
We’re looking for an ambitious Growth Marketing Coordinator to join Banzai’s Demand Generation team. This is a highly visible role that directly impacts our top line, and is an incredible opportunity to serve marketers with the personal and unique perspective of being one. This is an incredible time to join Banzai. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be accountable for increasing awareness and generate leads for Reach through channels made up of webinars, email marketing, content, and organic social media.
What Success Looks Like
Success Outcome: Increase Awareness & Revenue
- Align closely with the sales team to understand sales goals and build programs to build on pipeline.
- You will assist with driving interested and engaged prospects closer to their desired outcome through email nurtures; as well as promoting, hosting, and post-communication of webinars.
- Focus on organic growth by collaborating with Content Marketing Manager to create high-quality assets that resonate with our target audience and support sales efforts.
- Strategize with Director of Demand Gen. on optimization opportunities. We are always looking for new channels to test out.
- You will be fully embedded in the Banzai/Reach Marketing playbook so you can leverage existing demand gen, product, and content campaigns - in order to maximize impact.
- You will hold yourself accountable to the KPIs that drive success on a monthly basis, with clear reporting (and enthusiasm!!)
- You will be an ambassador of and participant in Banzai’s voice, tone, and brand. We believe brand comes from the inside out. We want to make sure you’re bought in.
- Excitedly serve as a model resource for Banzai employees. Working as a marketer in a MarTech company is a great responsibility. We walk the talk here.
Desired Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
- A deep sense of empathy paired with curiosity. We want you to ask questions about why things are the way they are, break stuff (in order to put it back together better than it was before), and do it all with a focus on serving our customers, and our team members.
- Embodies the values of learning, serving others, game changing, and 10,000 years (we want your friends to say “oh yes! I ALWAYS think of them when I think of those values”)
- You are focused on results, and use data to validate your assumptions.
- You’re a people person. You thrive on building and developing trusting, valuable, business relationships.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing or demand generation.
- Experience driving meaningful revenue and acquisition in SaaS. (Bonus points if it’s MarTech)
- Prior experience using and optimizing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4.
- Ability to work in EST time zone is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
