The Payment Operations & Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily payment processing and providing support to customers, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted payment transactions. This role will be “hands on” to assist the team with the processing, support and onboarding tasks. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
What you will do as a Payment Operations & Support Manager:
- Manage the payment processing activities for ACH and Card transaction volume.
- Monitor payment success rates across banks (ACH transactions) and payment gateway (Card transactions).
- Implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of transactional flows for ACH and Card payments and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Identify and communicate technical and business issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate with cross-functional team
- Manage the Accounts Receivable function which involves liaising with our Customers (and their Clients) upon failed electronic repayments.
- Ensure new professional service firms are set up in a timely and accurate manner in various internal systems (for example: CRM, loan management and our proprietary technology platform).
- Manage annual NACHA audit process for the ACH processing.
- Ensure regulatory reporting obligations are adhered to (for example 1099 form preparation and delivery).

- Salesforce (including Cases) experience a plus.
- NACHA AAP accredited.
- Payment and support experience in ACH and Card payment functions is preferred.
This role is based out of our Plano, TX office.

Pay: $70,605.00 - $78,240.00 per year
