Exponential Mortgage is seeking experienced Mortgage TPO/Broker Account Executives to join our TPO team. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers in the mortgage industry. They will identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and provide training and support to help TPOs/brokers grow their businesses. We are licensed in CA/FL/NJ/PA/TX.
Compensation: $60,000 - $200,000 yearly. Commission pay
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, contacting, and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
- Establishes and continues the broker/seller relationship and ensures a steady flow of loan applications and purchases for existing and newly approved Carrington customers.
- Advises brokers/sellers of Company programs, pricing and submission policies and procedures.
- Pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files. Assists brokers/sellers in loan submission process.
- Trains brokers/sellers on use of available online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, rate sheets and loan lock procedures.
- Acts as liaison with processor, processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure timely loan closings.
- Ensures compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters and denial notices.
- Maintain all customer confidential information in accordance with all company policies and all laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Wholesale Lending or loan origination with proved track record.
- Deep understanding of loan origination, processing, underwriting and compliance for Agency, Prime Jumbo and Non-QM loans.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Active Broker Connections.
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
