Hot N Juicy Crawfish welcomes applications for our management team to oversee our newest HNJ location in Downtown Grand Hotel!
We are a unique and established restaurant brand with 13 locations nationwide, and we are seeking self-motivated leaders. In this entry-level, salaried management position, you are cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of operational tasks including ordering and maintaining inventory.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise front of the house and ensure compliancy of all staff with Hot N Juicy Crawfish policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee staff hiring and training
- Manage employees with a positive attitude
- Provide a fun and positive atmosphere for all employees and customers
- Maintain proper health code and sanitation throughout restaurant to ensure a clean preparation and serving environment

Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in a full service restaurant (management experience not necessary)
- Must have or be able to obtain a Food Protection Certificate
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Attentivenss and ability to respond to customer needs
- Creative and independent problem solving skills
This position is full time (50-55 hours/ week).
