About Us:
We are a busy Men's Health Clinic in Central Phoenix seeking a dedicated team member to
provide excellent patient care and support. As our new Hybrid Front Desk / Medical Assistant,
you will be a key component of a team. We focus on anti-aging medicine, Men’s Health, ED,
and Testosterone Therapy, providing patients with whole-health solutions in sexual, physical,
sports medicine, and anti-aging health.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive team member to greet patients, answer phones, and support both front desk and medical operations. You will help ensure that the medical team and patients are as productive and supported as possible.
We seek a problem solver, a solution-driven individual with a good sense of humor, an outgoing personality, trustworthiness, and responsibility. Candidates with medical assistance and front desk experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Represent the practice professionally with excellent communication skills.
- Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs assessment, assisting with examinations, and basic
laboratory tests.
- Keep a close accounting of inventory items used.
- Maintain an organized workspace to handle multiple daily tasks from the front and back office.
- Collaborate daily, weekly, and monthly with the medical assistant to ensure smooth patient flow
and coordination between the front and back office.
- Handle phone communications effectively.
- Order medical supplies and track inventory.
- Be sensitive, thoughtful, and anticipate the needs of patients and doctors.
- Adapt to change and be willing to learn new technology.
- Schedule appointments and manage paperwork

- Efficient Patient Care: Provide timely and accurate support to the medical team and patients,
ensuring exceptional patient care delivery.
- Smooth Clinic Operations: Contribute to seamless clinic operations by effectively managing
administrative tasks, maintaining supplies and equipment, and ensuring compliance with
regulations.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Patient Satisfaction: Foster a supportive and empathetic
environment, actively listen to patients, address their concerns, and contribute to high levels of patient satisfaction and positive patient-doctor relationships.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Phlebotomist requested but not required
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Excellent written communication skills and math skills.
- Proficiency in phone communications/sales.
- Spanish language fluency desired but not required.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.

Compensation:
- $18.15 - $19.00 per hour, DOE
Hours:
- Monday: 11:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
