Job Description:
As a Managing Associate at Alpha Innovation Partners, you will lead your own Financial Advisor Team and play a pivotal role in both your clients' financial success and your team's professional development. This role combines rigorous leadership responsibilities with direct financial advisory tasks, offering a dynamic career path that includes both fixed compensation and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership & Recruitment: Recruit a minimum of three full-time agents who meet earnings requirements within the first 12 months, manage a three-person to eight-person unit, and work closely with senior leadership to enhance your skill set.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships, conducting regular reviews and proactive communication.
· Financial & Portfolio Management: Analyze market trends to optimize client portfolios and craft personalized financial strategies that turn clients’ financial aspirations into realities.
· Team Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with a team of experts to enhance services and contribute to the team's success, while benefiting from a comprehensive five-year training regime designed to build a 7-figure practice.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in financial advising, recruiting, and team management.
· Pursuing or holding FINRA S7 and S66 certifications.
· Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
· Uncompromising integrity and strong analytical skills.
