**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Jr. Escrow Officer to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will have interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to independently manage title files from start to finish.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing
- Review contracts and loan documents
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction
- Ability to examine title search and type Title Commitment and Policies.
- Assist with Answering phones.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance
- Proficiency in basic math and financial calculations
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and contract review
- Knowledge in Qualia a plus but not required
