Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our recipes and standards. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality dishes that meet their expectations. Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Clean and maintain workstations and equipment - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role - Knowledge of food handling, catering, and food service procedures - Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions - Understanding of food safety principles and kitchen sanitation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
